Gentle care for the whole family.
Adjustments, decompression, exercises and therapies, chosen for your body and your comfort. Every plan starts with a proper look at what’s going on.
What brings you in?
Where does it bother you?
Tap a spot to see how Dr. Grant usually helps. Every visit starts with a proper evaluation, so your plan fits you, not a chart.
Pick a spot, any spot
Neck, headaches, shoulders and arms, wrists, back, legs: Dr. Grant treats them all, along with car accident and sports injuries. Not sure where yours fits? That’s what the first visit is for.
Headaches
What it can feel like: Tension headaches often start in a tight neck and upper back.
How Dr. Grant may help: Dr. Grant checks how your neck and upper back move, works gently on stiff joints and tight muscles, and suggests desk, screen and pillow changes that help between visits.
“I used to suffer from migraine headaches, back, and leg pains, and she has virtually eliminated them from my life.”
A patient, 2009
Neck pain
What it can feel like: Stiff after a day at a screen? Trouble turning to check your blind spot?
How Dr. Grant may help: Low-force adjustments to free up stiff joints, soft-tissue work, and a few simple stretches to keep it moving.
“She has saved me on multiple occasions when my neck or back goes out.”
A patient, 2014
Shoulder & arm pain
What it can feel like: An ache that runs from the shoulder down the arm, or a shoulder that won’t lift the way it used to.
How Dr. Grant may help: She looks at the neck and upper back as well as the shoulder itself, since arm pain often starts there. Adjustments, taping and exercises as needed.
Wrist & hand (carpal tunnel)
What it can feel like: Tingling, numb fingers or a sore wrist, especially after typing or gripping.
How Dr. Grant may help: Gentle Activator adjustments to the wrist and arm, muscle stimulation and taping, plus small changes to how you work.
“A wrist issue that required that super cool clicking adjustment tool and some electrical muscle stimulation.”
A patient, 2017
Back pain
What it can feel like: The reason most people first call a chiropractor, and still a big part of every day here.
How Dr. Grant may help: A full evaluation first, then gentle adjustments (Activator, drop table or manual), decompression if it helps, and exercises to keep it from coming back.
“For the first time in 5 years, after my third visit I was in no pain and was standing up straight.”
A patient, 2016
Leg pain (sciatica)
What it can feel like: Pain, tingling or numbness that travels from the low back or buttock down the leg.
How Dr. Grant may help: Sciatica often comes from irritation near the low back. Dr. Grant may use decompression therapy, gentle adjustments and specific exercises to take the pressure off.
After a car accident
Even a “minor” fender-bender can leave you sore for weeks. Dr. Grant evaluates you, documents what she finds, and works with your other doctors as you heal.
Sports injuries
Weekend warrior or top athlete: gentle treatment, taping and rehab exercises to get you back to it, and stay there.
Posture, kids too

How gentle is gentle?
Three tools that do the work, so you don’t have to brace.
Dr. Grant uses low-force techniques: no big twists required. Press the buttons to see how each one works.
The Activator
A small, spring-loaded instrument. Instead of a twist, you feel one quick, light tap right where it’s needed. One patient called it “that super cool clicking adjustment tool.”
The drop table
One section of the table is set up a fraction of an inch. As Dr. Grant adjusts, it gives way and drops, so the motion does the work instead of force.
Decompression
A slow, gentle stretch that eases pressure between the vertebrae. Often used for disc problems and sciatica.

Chiropractic adjustments
Gentle, specific adjustments
An adjustment is a specific, gentle pressure on a joint of the spine (or an arm or a leg) that isn’t moving the way it should. The goal is to help it move normally again, which can ease pain and stiffness and let the muscles around it relax.
Joints get stuck for all kinds of reasons: everyday habits, long drives, a fall, sports, work, a car accident. Dr. Grant picks the technique that suits you.
- Activator: a light, quick tap from a hand-held instrument
- Drop table: the table section drops, so the motion does the work
- Manual adjustments, for people who like them

Decompression therapy
A slow, gentle stretch
Decompression therapy gently stretches the spine to ease pressure between the vertebrae. Dr. Grant uses it for disc problems, sciatica and stubborn low back pain, alongside your adjustments and exercises.
You stay relaxed the whole time. At your evaluation she’ll tell you whether it’s likely to help you.
- Often used for disc problems and sciatica
- Works together with adjustments and exercises

Corrective exercises
Exercises you’ll actually do
Feeling better lasts longer when you can keep yourself that way. Dr. Grant shows you a few simple exercises and stretches for your body and your day.
Plus practical tips that make a real difference: backpacks, shoes, chairs, desks and how you sleep.
- Short routines you can do at home
- Posture help for kids and grown-ups
- Kinesiology taping to support healing

Auto accidents
After a car accident
Whiplash and other accident injuries don’t always hurt right away. A careful evaluation soon after an accident helps you understand what’s going on and start healing on the right foot.
Dr. Grant works alongside your other doctors and keeps clear records of your care.
- Call after any accident, even a “minor” one
- Gentle care while you heal

Sports injuries
Back in the game, and staying there
Strains, sprains and overuse injuries, for weekend warriors and top athletes alike. Treatment, taping and rehab exercises get you moving again, and help keep the same injury from coming back.
- Running, golf, gym, court and field sports
- Taping and sport-specific exercises

Physiotherapy
Help for sore muscles
Therapies that help tight, sore muscles relax and heal alongside your adjustments, such as electrical muscle stimulation and taping.
- Electrical muscle stimulation
- Kinesiology taping
