Plain English: what this website collects, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the “Request a visit” form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one) and your note. The form sends this to our office by email so we can call you back.

Please don’t include medical details in the form. We’ll talk about your health on the phone or in person.

What we use it for

To get back to you and set up a visit
To answer your questions
To improve our website and our service

Your information will not be sold, traded, transferred or given to any other company for any reason without your consent.

How we protect it

This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to keep the information you send us safe.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember a couple of small preferences (like whether you turned the demo sounds on), and our hosting may keep standard server logs for security.

Outside parties

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This doesn’t include trusted third parties who help us run this website or our office, as long as they agree to keep the information confidential. We may also release information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.

Links to other sites

We link to a few other websites (for example Google Maps, Yelp and Facebook). They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
